It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Max Joseph Lewellen (Fredonia, Kansas), who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jessica Lewellen and Marvin Lewellen (Cotton); his sisters, Patty and Priscilla; his former life partner Janice; his adoptive son Andrew Jason; and his daughter Nancy Jane.

Memorial donations in his memory can be made to Countryside Funeral Home for the purchase of children's playground equipment to be placed in the park.
