He is survived by: his wife Connie Collins; his children, Dana Stierwalt (Randy) of Neodesha, Donavon Evenson (Tempist) of Fredonia, Amanda Diskin (Dennis) of Shawnee and Carianne Short (Troy) of Cedar Grove, Wisconsin.; and his sister Donna Wiltse of Wichita. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 12 grandchildren, and 5 greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Buxton Christian Church, a place that nurtured Mike's faith and community.
