He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Neal and Wilma Wells Smith; and his siblings, Steve Smith and Judy Sondree. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Boicourt; his children, Chris, Crystal Smith of Culbertson, Jacob and Kim Smith of Fredonia, Kansas.; and his grandchildren, Clifford Hershberger, Owen Smith, Cheyenne Smith and Shelby Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wickham Family Funeral Home - Fredonia (510 N 7th St, Fredonia, KS 66736). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial remembrances in lieu of flowers are suggested to the Wilson County 4-H and may be left or mailed to Wickham Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 510 N. 7th St., Fredonia, Kansas 66736.
