Charlotte left this world on November 14, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smirl and Dorothy Mae Smirl (Ramsey); and her siblings, Bee Mitchell and Sonny Smirl. She is survived by: her children, Glenn, Marla Crabtree, Doug Crabtree, Janet, Tracy Butler, Karen Ellis, Allen, Kim Meeks, Arthur Meeks and Dennis Swarthout; and her sister Irma (Jim Brown). She is also survived by her grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the American Kidney Foundation in care of the funeral home.
