He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lawrence and Kathrine J. Lawrence (Sission); his son Skip Pippins; and his siblings, Kenny Lawrence, Keith Lawrence and Sherrill Weisenburger.
He is survived by: his wife Lois J. Lovejoy; and his children, Kim Lawrence of Frontenac, KS, Renae McCabe (Sam) of Frontenac, KS, Daniel Lawrence of Riverside, CA, Thadlee Lawrence (Krista) of Asbury, MO and Tabatha Fiechtl of Pittsburg, KS. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Friskel Funeral Home (230 E McKay St, Frontenac, KS 66763).
