He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Bugni and Joseph Bugni; his parents-in-law, Beaulah Rose Hall and Carl "Corky" Hall; his siblings, Mary "Sis" McDonald, Virginia "Virg" Macary and John Bugni; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Bugni, Mike and James Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Margie Bugni; his daughters, Amy Maxwell (Mike), Alison Milburn (Jeremy) and Abby Sjoerdsma (Caleb); his brothers, Nick Bugni, Joe Bugni and Chuck Bugni (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Lukas, Lexi, Tegan, Bree, Cole, Kooper and Max. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
