He is survived by: his wife Margie "Marie" Holtz; his children, Teri Bozich (Alan) of Arma, KS, Patricia Hoffman (Dennis) of Parsons, KS, Vicki Boyd of Odessa, MO and Randy Holtz of Pittsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Brandon Myers, Billy Smith Jr., Christopher Holtz, Holly Norman and Mika Milholland; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Allison Norman, James, Luke Milholland and Barrett Holtz.
