He is survived by : his daughters, Candy Mallatt (Brent) of Fagler Beach, FL, Tammy Blaylock (Wayne) of Seneca, MO and Ginger Sweet (Jeff) of Carl Junction, MO; his grandchildren, Joshua Sweet (Desi), Darcy Sweet (Jeremy Hofman), Madison Blaylock (Kenzo VanBaal), Olivia Blaylock, Chloe Clifton (Kylar), Levi Mallatt and Amelia Mallatt; and his great grandchild Rush Ryan Donald Sweet.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
