He is survived by : his spouse Utona Sue Wammack; his daughter Connie Sue O'Kelley (Lance); his siblings, Calvin David Leas of Weston, MO and Kathy Brand; his grandchildren, Staci Lynne O'Kelley, Kelsey Kay Barnes and Crysta Leah O'Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Myles Jacob Schowengerdt, Aspen Barnes and Hunter Lee Barnes.
