He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Ann Flint (Roger) of Galena and Susan Lyn York (John) of Webb City, MO; his stepchildren, Diane Marie Fitzer of Galena and Eric Eugene Walton (Sara) of Arnold, MO; and his siblings, David Arland Spiva (Susie) of Lipan, TX, Karen Yates of Missouri, Kay Ball of California, Betty McKay of California and Dana Spiva of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Galena Assembly of God (500 Galena Ave, Galena, KS 66739). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
