He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Fields (Dinwiddie) of Galena; his wife Debbie Fields; his children, Jeremy Fields (Patty) of Galena, Matthew Fields (Jennifer) of Galena and Kayla Eaton (James) of Weir; his grandchildren, Dylan, Meghan, Peyton, Reezen and Ava; and his siblings, Kathleen Rogers (Mark) of Joplin and Timothy Fields of Galena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and more friends.
