He is survived by: his wife Alice Marie Porter; his sons, Doug Girton of Galena, KS and Steve Girton (Melissa) of Galena, KS; his siblings, Emmitt Girton (Patti) of Joplin, MO and Vickie Truster of Baxter Springs, KS; his grandson Gage Girton (Kansas); his great grandchild Waylon Girton; and his close friend Jerry LaTurner of Galena, KS..
