It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Eugene Frazier of Galena, Kansas, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis "Topper" Jenkins; his parents, Robert E. Frazier and Josie Frazier; and his brother Robert "Bobby Joe" Frazier. He is survived by: his children, Chet Frazier (April) of Galena and Cathy Frazier (Cameron) of Galena; his granddaughters, Taylor McDaniel (Dustin) and Samantha Bryan; and his siblings, David Earl Frazier (Margaret) of Galena, Don Frazier of Galena, Dixie Bullard (Art) of Galena and Wanda Moran of Galena.
