He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sapp and Edith Sapp (Huffmaster); and his niece Kati Pulliam. He is survived by: his wife Alice Sapp; his siblings-in-law, Lisa, Ed Borgman, Alan, Myra Pulliam and Rod Pulliam; his nieces, Jessica Toomey (Mike), Lacie Gomez and Kerri Norris (Brian); and his nephew Seth Pulliam.
