He is survived by: his wife Judy Hunt; his children, Ryan, Colette Hunt of Wichita, Kellie and Matt Scheeter of Garden City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Carson Scheeter, Loren Hunt, Caleb Scheeter and Madelynn Hunt; his siblings, Darrell Hunt and Dianna (Charlie Keeton); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Brenda Geier, Ellen Geier (Richard), Dorothy Geier (Raymond), Joanne, Gary Schlappe, Paul Geier, Ruth, Darrell Drees, Sara Geier, Pat Geier and Monica Geier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Vets for Veterans, or the Knights of Columbus Garden City both in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N. 7th Street, Garden City, Kansas.
