He was predeceased by: his brother Jon Phillips; and his aunt Sherry Willivise. He is survived by: his mother Ann Walkinshaw; his wife Cherie Harley; his children, Gary Wesley Harley III of St. Paul and Lauren Nicole Harley; his grandson Marcus William Patterson of Garden City; and his brothers, Keith Harley and Trevor Harley (Lillian) of Battle Creek. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
