He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Phillip and Ruby Jewell Pierce (Finley); his son Geral Wayne Pierce, Jr.; and his sisters, Louise Wolf and Anna Fay Ruckhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Della Pierce; his daughter Brenda Ware of Mounds; and his stepsons, Robert Singer, Jr. of Ozark, Tim Singer of Hugoton and Darrin Singer of Springfield. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren.
