He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Perez and Elena Perez (Gonzales). He is survived by: his spouse Armida Perez (Venzor); his children, Klelia Rivas of Garden City and Isaac Jr. (Erica) of Wichita, Kansas.; and his siblings, Irma Contreras, Pedro Perez, Abel Perez and Rosa Lida Hermocillo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Garnand Funeral Home (412 N 7th St, Garden City, KS 67846). A rosary was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (510 N 12th St, Garden City, KS 67846). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
