He is survived by: his spouse Armida Perez (Venzor); his children, Klelia Rivas of Garden City and Isaac Jr. (Erica) of Wichita, Kansas.; and his siblings, Irma Contreras, Pedro Perez, Abel Perez and Rosa Lida Hermocillo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
