He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Kopfman and Winnie Kopfman; and his sister Lola Nuessen. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his brother Ray Kopfman (Karen); his children, Jack Kopfman (Cheryl), Roxie Schafersman (Tom), Debbie Fogarty (Tim) and Kim Harp (Devoe); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Hayzlett (Helen), Dennis Hayzlett (Carmen) and Randy Hayzlett (Pam). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in honor of Jack's memory to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
