It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Embree in Garden City, Kansas, who passed away on May 19, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Bernasky and Clara Frances Bernasky (Ragland); and her brother John Bernasky. She is survived by: her children, Marian Bosarge (Victor) of Saucier and Roger (Katrin) of Adelmannsfelden, Germany; her grandchildren, Lea, Ian and Kai; her stepgrandchildren, Valorie Anderson (Bill) and Hillery Jenkins (Ron); and her sister-in-law Judy Bernasky.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Garnand Funeral Home (412 N 7th St, Garden City, KS 67846). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM and at 11:30 AM.
