We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2023, at the age of 91, Joanne Werner of Garden City, Kansas, born in Canyon, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joanne Werner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Jacob and Julia Fulton, Sr. (Frary); and her daughters, Patricia Werner and Marjorie Abrigo. She is survived by : her husband Wesley Werner; her son David (Wendy Werner); and her grandchildren, Kira, Austin Mitchell of Joplin and Aaron Abrigo of Summerville. She is also survived by 7 Great-Grandchildren.
