She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Swartley and Faye Swartley (Weast); her siblings, Marilyn Jones, Kenneth Swartley and Larry Swartley; and her son Bart Haflich.
She is survived by: her former husband Bernard Dean Haflich; and her daughter Angela Haflich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
