He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Leroy and Lucille Smith (Clark); his wife Polly Jo Smith; his children, Shawn Holder of Wichita, Chris Smith and Brett; and his grandchildren, Reeve, Evyan, Jensyn, Ayva, Ashlynn, Alyvia, Elaina, Kenzi, Konnor, Paizlee and Braiden. He was also cherished by 4 Great-Grandchildren.
