She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Clayton. She is survived by: her mother Etta Clayton (Wertz) of Hasty, Colorado; her former husband Don Morlan; her husband Roy Johnson; her children, Lorie Westbrook and Barrett Morlan of Burkburnett; and her sisters, Cheryl Baldwin (Lee) of Quinter, Vicki Burgess (Wayne) of Hasty and Valerie Noecker (Tim) of McClave, Colorado. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren.
