She is survived by: her children, Juan Guerrero, Billie Waltz, Julie Allred and Nikki Wiecken; and her siblings, Ladislado Hernandez, Susana Rodriquez, Steven, Jesus Hernandez and Rose Monroy. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or Nickolasa Guerrero Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home Garden City.
