It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip K Loyd of Garden City, Kansas, born in Cedar Vale, Kansas, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Loyd and Lena Marie Loyd (Palmer). He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Loyd; his children, Shannon K. Olson of Carlock and Wes Loyd of Garden City; and his half-sisters, Carol Gates of Arkansas City and Margaret Logsdon of Arkansas City.
