He is survived by: his children, Ian Maxwell Jones (Aimee Holguin) of Garden City, KS and Lindsay Wright (Helen Wright) of Oklahoma City, OK; his parents, Dee Jones of Garden City, KS and Janice Jones of Colorado Springs, CO; his sister Tisha Deutsch of Peyton, CO; his granddaughters, Yaretzi and Mila Jones of Garden City, KS; and his grandmother Dorothy Knoll of Borger.

Family suggest memorial be given to Shane Jones Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
