He is survived by: his wife Tia Peitz; his children, Alexis Lindale Peitz and Jackson Geno Peitz; his mother Pattie Peitz-Carroll (Roth); his stepfather Kent Carroll of Garden City; his sister Laramee Crist (Solomon) of Garden City; his stepsiblings, Darrin Carroll (Veronica) of Fair Grove, MO, Dave Carroll of Loveland, CO and Rene Carroll of Springfield, MO; his grandmother Patsy Roth of Garden City; his parents-in-law, Linda France of Leoti and Ron France; his stepmother-in-law Carrie France of Garden City; and his sisters-in-law, Mandy McManaman (Larry) of Emporia, Roni Delgado (David) of Mesa, AZ, Bridget Davidson (Brandon) of Kingman, Jacque Traffanstedt (Tony) of Emporia, Kinlee Scheer (Derek) of Lakin and Bailey Betts (Gabe) of Cottonwood Falls. He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews.
