He is survived by: his wife Julie (Bergkamp); his children, Damon (Adriana), Aimee, Erin and Megan (Marcus); his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Malachi and Hope; his siblings, Cindy Hampel, Steve Hampel (Dawn), Kevin Hampel (Monica) and Donna Edwards (Gaylon); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy, Mike Bergkamp (DD), Ken (Gail), Lila Kerschen (Martin), John Bergkamp (Julie), Patty Geiger (Gary) and Janell Hogan (Barry).
