He was predeceased by: his father Robert Leis (Bob); and his stepdaughter Erin Ray. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, Evan (Amy) of Utah and Eric of London; his mother Della Leis; his sister Ruth Busch (Jim); and his aunt Marie Ternes of Kansas. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
