She is survived by: her sister Thelma; her husband Pharoah Rhinehart; her siblings, Dorothy Jean "Dot" Booth, John Jay Jr. "Little Brother" Booth and Larry Lee Booth; her daughter Jan Carol Holly (Dewayne); and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Pharoah, James "Casey" (Angie), Jennifer (Ricky Jr.), Kyle (Michaelie), April (Timothy Jr.) and Kara (Garrett). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
