He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Stacia Culbertson and Karie Puetz (Marc); his brother John Eilerts (Dee); his grandchildren, Adam, Mason, Chase, Lindsey, Justin, Nikole and Sydney; and his great grandchild Ali.
