He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Elmer Bergh and Geraldine Bergh; and his sister Doris Marlow. He is survived by: his children, Dr. James Bergh (Carole), William Bergh (Shelli), Dave Bergh (Amanda) and Susan Bergh. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
