He is survived by: his wife Sheila Jude Breitenstein of Gardner; his children, Leo Dawson MaCauldy of St. Lucia, Dusty Denise Breitenstein Deligny (Muhammad) of Hollywood and Alfred Leo Breitenstein III of Miami Shores; his stepdaughter Naomi Jude of St. Lucia; his siblings, Russell Breitenstein (Doris) of Alabama and Frances Locke (Bill) of Gardner; his brother-in-law Bob Wyckoff of Gardner, Kansas.; and his grandson Dustin Deligny. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
