We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2023, at the age of 85, Barbara Lou Phillips (Gardner, Kansas), born in Danville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Pennington and Beatrice Pennington (Penrod). She is survived by : her close friend Joel Phillips; her husband Joel; and her sisters, Phyllis McLain and Cecile Potter. She is also survived by her many nephews and nieces as well as great-nephews and great-nieces.
