Claudette’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Newton and Nola Mae Wester (Jones). She is survived by: her husband Tom Holt; her children, Joy Rose (Dean) and Ray Newton (Paula); her stepdaughters, Kelly Dicks (Bill) and Debbie Lowery (Brent); and her sister Nell Masterson (Jerry). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hillsdale Presbyterian Church (22875 W 255th St, Paola, KS 66036). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to University of Kansas Hospice House.
