He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Willard Hall and Myrtle Elizabeth Hall Eastland (Clark); his stepfather Morris Eastland; and his sister Kathy Kramer. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon DeFreece, Linda Carroll, Gene Eastland and Scott Eastland. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
