She is survived by: her parents, Charles "Chuck" Mayabb of Cincinnati, Ohio and Julie Kay Mayabb (Lazenby) of Rotonda West, Florida; her children, Shaun James Holtgraver, Quentin Lee Ramsey and Huxley Roy Johnson; her stepdaughter Payton Jacobs; and her grandfather Ken Viar.
