She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Fran Hulgan of Elgin, TX and Jeri Hulgan of Yellville, AR; Helen Peterson of Olathe, KS, Joe (Elizabeth Hulgan) of Sarasota, FL and Merri Hulgan (Joe Eby) of Interlochen, MI. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
