With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Belle Peer of Gardner, Kansas, who passed away on July 10, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen M. Eastland and Ruby Eastland (Dunham); her siblings, Morris, Francis, Dale, Harold Eastland and Nadine Eastland Paulsen; her grandson Scott Peer; and her son-in-law Dale Hawk.

She is survived by : her children, Judy Hawk (Dale) and Larry D. Peer (Sherry) of Olathe, Kansas; her sister Sue Pickell; her grandchildren, Larry Peer Jr., Christine Morgan (Arthur) of San Antonio, TX and Gregory Hawk (Connie) of Camdenton, MO; and her caregivers, Nancy and Walt Bickley. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
