He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Everett Johnson and Andrea Dellene List; his spouse Ashley Elizabeth Smith; his sons, Ashley Elizabeth, Bryden Lee and Kasen Michael; his stepmother Amber Johnson; his parents-in-law, Rodney Lee and Tina Elizabeth Smith; his grandparents, Ronald, Mary Franks, Robin and Mike Johnson; his brothers, Jacob Ryan Johnson, Jordan Everett Johnson and Justin Danger Noah Johnson; his nephew Macen Schneider; his siblings-in-law, Erin Lynn Smith and Quentin Lee Smith; and his cousins, Bobby Bramble and Amber Sexton. He is also survived by many other cousins, aunts and uncles.
