She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Haskins and Susie Haskins (Lyninger). She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Kiper; and her children, Steve Kiper, Pamela Wilson, Becky Renick and Bruce Kiper. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
