She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Flora Stuart of Wakita, Oklahoma.; and her former husband Lee Wayne Sparks. She is survived by: her husband Vince Cioffi; her sons, Randal Lee Sparks (Audrey) of Gardner and Scott Wayne Sparks (Peggy) of Wellsville; her grandchildren, Cassie Kuehl (Chris), Drake Sparks (Macy), Ashley Thomas (Josh) and Lindsay Welsh (Dylan); and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Thomas, Otto, Eleanor Kuehl, Nellie, Bennett Sparks, Brady and Sawyer Welsh.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the New Life Community Church (29200 W 188th St, Gardner, KS 66030).
