He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland and Pauline; his grandparents, Eura Steward and Hoyt; his wife Eileen; and his grandfather Roy.
He is survived by: his family Emmett; his children, Dick Willis (Alison Hayward) of Rapid City, SD and Tracy Willis Wingate (Jeff); his grandchildren, Krist Wingate, Kylie Wingate and Dustin Willis Chapman (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Ember, Morgan, Avery and Lee.
