He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Dos Santos and Catherine Dos Santos (Vossler). He is survived by: his close friend Calli Zeilenga; his pet Keller; his siblings, Steven Dos Santos of Albuquerque, NM, Alexandra Acock of Wellsville, KS, Peter Dos Santos of Omaha, NE and Craig Dos Santos of Lawrence, KS; his uncle Steve Vossler; and his aunt Sue Vossler of Lawrence, KS..
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to a Go Fund Me which will benefit the Columbia Second Chance animal shelter where Phil adopted his best friend, Keller.
