He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Groves of Gardner, Kansas; his sons, Loren McNeer (Aaron) of Gardner and Phillip Groves III (Morgan) of Kansas City, Missouri; his brother Kevin Groves (Cindy) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Maddie and Finley McNeer.
