With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Eugene Richardson of Gardner, Kansas, who passed away on December 22, 2023 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ronald Eugene Richardson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jessie Mae Richardson and Clarence Alfred Richardson; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Richardson, Emma Lee Reed, Judy Brown, Clarence "Rich" Richardson, Glen J. Richardson and Barbara Veltri; and his great grandchild Cainan Shutt.

He is survived by : his wife Alice Fishburn Richardson of Gardner; his children, Ronda Hassig (Rob) of Fort Scott, Carie Lawrence (Chuck) of Gardner Lake and Rodney of Cole Camp; his grandchildren, Cullie Mihalchik, Alison Raboin, Elise Widrig and Lt. Colonel Jacob Lawrence; his great grandchildren, Savana, Maya, Coco, Rader, Carter, Ayla, Jocelyn and Sydney; and his nieces and nephews, Vicky Hofer, Patrick, Bradley Richardson and Laurie Richardson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lawrence, Kansas Humane Society, an organization Ron strongly supported.
