She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kirk and Helen Kirk (Cronin); and her grandson Jonathon Patrick. She is survived by : her children, Dennis Ford, Sheri Barber (Jeff), Patrick Branen (Dusty), William Bradley (Ashley) and Destiny Bradley; her grandchildren, Joshua (Ashley), Cheyenne, Audra (Ellen), Jordan (Kera), Mady, Nick, Braxton, Xander, Benjamin, Jax and Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Aspen, Rosie, Brayden, Rainee, Kodi and Brooks.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Meals on Wheels, or the charity of your choice, in Sally's honor.
