She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fulks and Dorothy Fulks. She is survived by: her siblings, Ellen Wixom (Joe), Linda Parker (Jim), Nancy Crowl (Louis) and John Fulks (Peggy); her siblings' children, Laura, Jeremy, Charlie, Jenny and Melissa; and her friends, Frank, Martha and Kimberly.
