She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cusick and Mary Cusick (Gray); and her siblings, Jamie Miller and Victoria Phippin. She is survived by: her husband Lendel Cantrell, Jr.; her stepmother Gloria Cantrell; her children, Aaron Cantrell of Gardner, Kansas, Cheyenne Cantrell of Gardner, Kansas, Alexis Cantrell of Gardner, Kansas and James Cantrell of Gardner, Kansas; her stepchildren, Heather Austine (Spike), Shawn Glenn Cantrell, Sean Kyle Cantrell and Trevor Cantrell; and her sister Connie Bray (James). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
